The colour of the urine is an excellent indicator; it should be almost translucent. Another thing to keep an eye on is how often consumed water is excreted; ideally, once every 2-3 hours.

If you normally consume 4 glasses of water every day, consider increasing to 8 glasses this week to help your bowels reorganise. If you’re having trouble boosting your water intake, try flavouring it with fruits or spices.

Fibers are critical for the proper expulsion of solid waste from the body. Fiber-rich foods include leafy greens, broccoli, carrots, cherries, pears, and apples, which may easily be included into your everyday diet.

Some meals are believed to contain more water and even enhance circulation, making your bowels more likely to work correctly. Celery, pineapple, beetroot, cucumber, melon, and watermelon are excellent choices for eating whole or in juices throughout the week!
